Can I pick up my equipment the evening before?
Yes, equipment can be picked up from 3:00 PM on the day prior to your rental, and the rental fee only applies starting the following day.
Can I switch models during the rental period?
Yes, you can switch your skis once within your booked category at no extra cost, subject to availability.
If you switch to a different category, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
Do I need to reserve my equipment in advance?
A reservation is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended, especially during holiday periods. This allows us to prepare everything according to your preferences and gets you ready to hit the slopes faster.
Are there specific skis for freeriding, deep snow, or freestyle?
Yes. Our PLATINUM category features selected twin-tip, freestyle, and deep-snow skis designed for specific needs and terrain. Availability of these models varies.
Are ski boots and poles included in the price?
We can put together a matching set of skis, boots, and poles for you. Depending on the rental package you choose, you can also rent individual items.
How does the “6 = 7 days” offer work?
It’s simple: rent for 7 days but only pay for 6. This allows you to enjoy a full week of vacation with GERBER SPORTS equipment, with the seventh day of rental on us.
Are helmets and protective gear available for rent?
Yes. At GERBER SPORTS, you can rent helmets and back protectors in addition to skis and snowboards. Our team ensures the right size and a comfortable fit.
Can I rent BURTON Step On® gear from you?
Yes. As the exclusive BURTON partner in Kühtai, we offer the high-quality BURTON Step On® system for rent. Step On® is available exclusively in our PLATINUM category and is provided subject to availability.
